                           COMMERCIAL HEIFERS



           60 Purebred Angus Yearling Heifers                     74 Commercial Angus and F1 Baldies

                      Bar JV Angus: 45 head                               20 Head Commerical Angus

         •  The heifers are bred similar to the bulls selling.  20 head commercial Angus heifers from our commercial herd.
         •  All have had Lepto/Vibrio and BVD vaccinations.                    14 Head F1 Baldies
         •  They are freeze branded and ready to breed.              Raised on our ranch mostly out of registered cows.
        They will sell in groups of fi ve with the option to go as deep   They are sired by a son of Churchill Sensation 028X
        as the buyer wants. Buyers have the option to buy registration         40 Head F1 Baldies
        papers at $200 per head.                                   These heifers were purchased from our neighbors, the
                                                                 McGinnis Ranch. They have been longtime customers and
                                                                               always buy top-end bulls.
                                                                      These heifers are sired by Cooper/Holden bulls.
